Urban Cultural Arts & Event Center provides affordable and accessible creative experiences for children, families, adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
From pottery and painting to summer camps, Community Art Night, special needs programming, and cultural arts experiences, we create a safe and welcoming space where everyone can explore creativity, build confidence, and connect with community.

Programs & Workshops
Summer Art Camps
Creative 3-day camps for children and teens featuring clay, nature art, messy art, fashion design, street art, ocean-themed projects, and more.

Community Art Night
A weekly instructor-led Pay What You Can art class featuring a different project each week, including painting, pottery, candle making, mosaics, stained glass, resin art, and more.

Kids & Family Programs
Hands-on art classes, workshops, camps, and family-friendly creative experiences for all skill levels.

Pottery & Creative Workshops
Explore pottery, painting, candle making, mosaics, stained glass, crushed glass, resin art, mixed media, and seasonal workshops.

Inclusive one-on-one and group art experiences designed to support creativity, confidence, emotional wellness, and social connection.

Art Should Be Accessible to Everyone
We believe that creativity is for everyone, not just those who can afford it.
​
If the cost of a class or program is preventing you or your family from participating, please don't let money be the reason you miss out. Scholarships may be available, and we're happy to work with individuals and families to help make the arts more accessible.
Community Art Nights

We also offer Community Art Nights!!

These welcoming, all-ages events are donation-based, allowing you to contribute an amount that is comfortable for your family. Whether you give a little, a lot, or simply come to create, you'll be welcomed into a supportive community where everyone belongs.

Every donation helps us provide scholarships, expand community programming, and ensure that the arts remain accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
